Remember how I've made a bajillion recipes from Mel's Kitchen Cafe? Seriously, I love that food blog. Bur for any non-believers out there, here's another recipe I recently made for Sunday dinner with two other couples. They all loved it, so I'm thinkin success. I really loved it too. It wasn't super heavy, and I made a salad, some glazed carrots, and a heaping amount of rice to finish the meal off right. I doubled the meal and added some sliced onions that I sauteed with the broccoli, and I used a mix of fresh broccoli and frozen (that I warmed (read: nuked) in the microwave for a few minutes to thaw them).
