I did an aerobics class tonight at BYU and I'm sore already! It was a step class with "boot camp" style mixed in where a few times, randomly, we'd all have to run around the room and do jumping jacks and high knees and punches and rock star jumps. Whew!

Then at the end we did some ab work with a little ball at the small of our back while we did pilates style crunches and wow, I did not have very strong lower-back muscles before now and each time I bend down I can feel them complaining! ha

Also, the classes at BYU are 48.00 for 3 1/2 months and there are cardio classes, zumba, pilates, yoga, and more. Totally check it out. ANYONE can come, which is rad.
