I can't believe that we're not in DC anymore. It's still a little surreal that Ryan and I aren't going back after visiting my parents here in DC, but we had a great last week and I'm so grateful we were able to be there for three whole months!!
Well, on Friday, the day before we left for Indiana, we met up with Dave and Amanda on the National Mall and decided to take a few pictures of the capitol and wash. monument. It was hot, but there was a nice little breeze and it was fun to be with our friends right before they left the city.
I already miss so much about DC, but cross your fingers and we might be back in a year!
