Henry and I went on a little trip down to our friend's complex today to shoot a few pictures on his 7 month birthday. 7 months. That means he's closer to a year than to being a newborn. Really?? Really??
He's learned how to sit up quite well this month, which made it even more fun to take pictures of him. It was a little chillier than I would have liked--summer, where have you gone? Which makes me super nervous about this winter, but hey, I guess we have to experience a true new england winter at least one of the years we're here, right?

Henry, we love you so much. And we think you are even more adorable when you wear the adorable old-man cardigan your grandma gave you (from h&m). Thank you for being an amazing little boy. I would love to get a little more sleep at night, but I understand that you have to grow up, so if it's a tooth coming in, or growing pains, I understand. Or if it's just that you can't go too many hours without seeing me, that's super tender, too.
